- If the behavior of any member, or guest(s) is determined to be threatening, abusive, intimidating, disruptive, harassing, violent, dangerous, reckless, or repeatedly noncompliant with SRG policies and procedures, as determined by the manager or the Board, the member’s membership may be revoked by the Board depending on the nature of the behavior involved. The Board may exercise this authority independently from the policies and procedures for suspension of pool privileges depending on the nature of the behavior involved.

Written notice will be provided to a member or user for each incident that could ultimately lead to revocation of his or her membership or use permit.
- All communications between the Board and a member or user regarding a proposed revocation will be in writing unless the Board, at its sole discretion, agrees to discuss such action with the Member or user at a designated Board meeting.
